Planned to go for a fishing trip to Pulau Bai today but it was cancelled. Felt so frustrated. So, Donny and I went to Sandakan Harbour Square last night at 1030pm. We used a giant squaid as bait. Caught only an otek with my new Relix rod and Shimano Slade reel equipped with 30lbs Power Pro braided line and 40lbs Protech leader. Released it back to the sea and that was my only catch last night. As for Donny, he caught a gelama. No mercy for it. Donny 'brutally' killed it and took it home. Went back at about 230am because of heavy rain.
